Privacy Policy

Your enquiry details

When you contact Pixel Story House, we collect the details you choose to submit, such as your name, email address, phone number, event date, location, and project information. We use these details to respond to your enquiry and discuss the services you request.

How enquiries are handled

Enquiries are stored privately in our website administration system and an email notification is sent to the studio. Please avoid sending sensitive personal information through the enquiry form.

Hosted media

The homepage showreel is streamed from an external media host. Portfolio films use Google Drive players when you choose to open them. Your browser connects to those providers to load their media, and they may process connection information under their own privacy policies.

Your choices

You can ask us about the personal details you have provided, request a correction, or request deletion by emailing hello@pixelstoryhouse.com. We will respond to your request and explain any information we need to retain to fulfil an agreed service.
